Last Wednesday, while Ryan was heading home from the University of Cincinnati, he stopped at a local radio station to inquire about putting our "Witness Radio" program on the air.
WAIF 88.3 FM is a local community supported radio station that offers a vast array of programming from secular to Christian, all without any commercial advertising. Ryan entered the small building and was greeted by a gentleman in the lobby. After talking for a minute and giving him a business card, the man invited Ryan to join him and the host of a live broadcast in the studio. Ryan thought it was odd that he was allowed to sit in the studio during a show, but graciously accepted.
The host of Kingdom Building, Tom Katenkamp, was talking as Ryan sat down in a chair. A minute later, the host said, "We've got Ryan here with Living Waters..." Ryan's eyes went wide and his jaw dropped!
We are so grateful to the Lord for this opportunity to share about the various ministries that we are involved in. Ryan was interviewed for roughly 30 minutes and the conversation continued with the host off the air. The Muniak Family is currently praying about the possibility of partnering with this station to provide biblical, evangelistic programming to the Cincinnati area.
