- Within 30 minutes of Answers in Genesis (Ryan's work), University of Cincinnati (Ryan's Fishing Hole), and Hyde Park Baptist Church (Our place of worship)
- Minimum 3 Bedrooms (Boys Room, Girls Room, and Parents Room)
- Dining Room (We didn't realize this was a must until we saw houses without one)
- Space for an office, meetings, and guests to stay over
- Safe neighborhood
- Storage space
Preferences include:
- 2+ Bathrooms
- Updated HVAC, Hot Water Tank, and Appliances
- Nice Yard
- Garage
- Pretty
