3 Chicken Breasts, diced
1 Can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Block Velveeta Cheese or generic brand
1 lb Spaghetti Noodles
Shredded Cheese (we use taco or fiesta blend)
1/2 Bag Frozen Broccoli Florets
In a frying pan, cook diced chicken. Meanwhile, melt velveeta in a saucepan, then add tomatoes and chiles. In pot of boiling water, cook noodles and broccoli until noodles are done. Combine all prepared food in a 9x13 dish. Top with shredded cheese and cook at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
